Eng Arnous stressed the importance of activating the provisions of Law No. 8 . relating to exempt imported dairy cows from customs duties and taxes, so as to encourage the establishment of dairy farming projects, improve livestock conditions, restore cattle herds, and ensure that there are enough dairy products in the domestic market.

The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of continuing to receive farmers' wheat crops in all approved provincial centers on the spot, and stressed that all parties concerned should make all preparations to deal with any fire that may occur in agricultural areas, distribute machines in different areas and ensure the safety of agricultural roads.

Engineer Arnous re affirmed the emphasis on all ministriesgiving priority to expenditure to complete projects that realize economic feasibility and directly contribute to improving service level, and emphasized constantly monitoring market reality and availability of materials, adjusting prices, strengthening accountability of violators, and activating joint committees with provincial councils and administrative units to monitor the market and ceiling price's rise.

The Council approved a memorandum of the Ministry of Administrative Development, which includes a new mechanism for evaluating the career paths of outgoing ministers and directors-general according to standards and control measures, by establishing a set of experience combinations that can be circulated between career paths, including awarding the candidate for another work center and providing a new timetable for the career paths of outgoing ministers and directors-general.

According to the memorandum, candidates are eligible to get another work center and a new schedule. After a four-year schedule evaluation, candidates will be nominated to another senior management work center (CEO), and candidates will be eligible to get another work center and a new schedule.
