President Bashar al-Assad issued on Saturday Law No.41 for 2022, amending some rules of the Electricity Law No. 32 for 2010 in order to achieve the strategy of renewable energies in a way that supports the quantities of available electricity, and diversification of energy sources, meets the increasing demand for electricity, and encourages the private sector to implement electricity generation projects.
