EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL Call for Tenders No. 4/2025
Public Establishment for Transmission and Distribution  of Electricity announces its need for:
-    Supplying /6000000/ Single Phase Smart Multifunctional and Definitions Meters to measure the active and reactive energy, Low voltage 220 (5/80 AMP) export/ import with pre-paid or postpaid system, compatible with AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) System with testing, training, erection, operation and support the programming  system.
-    And supplying/500000/ Three Phases Smart Multifunctional and Definitions Meters to measure the active and reactive energy, four quarters, low voltage (220/380) Volt (5/100AMP) export/ import with pre-paid or postpaid system compatible with AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) System with testing, training, erection, operation, and support the programming system.

Public Establishment for Transmission and Distribution of Electricity (PETDE) Intends to Qualify Bidders to Submit Consulting Services (Owner Engineer) to Lead Syria Electricity Emergency Project (Rehabilitating the lines and Substations on / Turn Key Basis/)

Those wishing to submit their bids for the selection of Owner’s Engineer can visit PETDE’s Website

(http://www. tde.gov.sy) and submit their bids according to the required conditions.

Requests for expressions of interest shall be submitted within a period terminating at the end of the official business hours on  Monday 3 /   11 / 2025.

Following to the announcement of the Public Establishment of Transmission and Distribution for Electricity to supply Smart Meters published in Al-Thawrah newspaper no./1503/ dated 29/10/2025, and the Official Bulletin no./15652/ dated 30/10/2025 which stated in it the date of submitting the offers till the end of the official business hours of Sunday 28/12/2025, and extended till the end of the official business hours of 14/1/2026 which stated in it the date of the tender session at 12 o’clock on   Thursday  15/1/2026 and is published in the Syrian newspaper Al-Thawrah no./17/ dated 17/12/2025 and the Official Bulletin no./15685/ dated 18/12/2025.,
