Meeting Between public Establishment for Electricity Transmission & Distribution and SAYA

to Support Development and Knowledge Exchange in Power System.

As part of its ongoing strategy to modernize the electrical infrastructure and enhance its reliability, public Establishment for Transmission and Distribution  of electricity held a coordination meeting with Syrian American Engineers Association (SAYA).

The meeting aimed to explore avenues for strengthening technical collaboration and boosting the efficiency of equipment within the national power grid.

The session was chaired by Eng. Khaled Abou Di General Director of Public Establishment For Transmission and Distribution of Electricity. Discussions centered on key strategic pillars, primarily focusing on:

• Facilitating knowledge exchange between engineering cadres within the country and their counterparts from the distinguished Syrian diaspora.

• Developing specialized technical manuals aligned with the latest global standards and best practices.

In this context,Eng. Khaled Abou Di underscored the strategic significance of partnering with skilled Syrian expertise abroad, leveraging their capabilities to support the Establishment's modernization and development projects.

For its part, the Syrian American Engineers Association (SAYA) expressed its readiness to provide comprehensive technical and advisory support aimed at enhancing the performance of the national electricity grid.
