Overall Workshop Objectives: 
•    Inform international consulting firms about the project scope of work and the key aspects of the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Owner's Engineer that will be included in the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) to be issued.

•    Gauge interest and gather feedback on key project requirements, risks, and opportunities to ensure a high degree of competition.

•    Inform the consulting firms with the environmental, social and health & safety risks and impacts associated with the rehabilitation works, mitigation measures and the Owner’s Engineer obligations.

•    Attend to any market concerns or issues
